The WEST second objective is to service the various communities, building owners and organizations  both nationally and internationally by providing support in a number of areas.

 WEST Forensic examiners provide advice and guidance for property and facility owners and managers based on code and or standard recommendations needed by the owner to meet needed maintenance, repairs and codes.

WEST energy examiners can provide service to owners by locating thermal leakages, electrical malfunctions using, among other resources, thermo analysis of buildings and equipment.

The building integrity can be reviewed by the WEST managers to determine needed upgrades and repairs and as a service to the owner recommend available design or repair entities.

WEST can provide owners and attorneys  services as expert witness in cases warranting such activities. As part of the service WEST can provide structural and utility analysis, damage cost projections and construction  forensic examination reports.

WEST provides service to owners and various organizations in third world and emerging nation locations by communicating and consulting  on various construction, organizational and management  activities.  In most cased involving third world and emerging nation locations  WEST provides service to NGO's at no cost or expense reimbursable arrangements.
