Facilities and Building Services include residential, commercial and industrial capabilities.

WEST can provide facilities condition studies and review difficulties with building infrastructure problems and in most cases WEST can provide resolution suggestions and costs.

WEST considers a residential facility to be single, multiple, condominium and lodging structure and related utilities and services.  Commercial facilities include retail stores, restaurants and other  public spaces including places of worship and auditoriums.  Industrial facilities include production plants and processors and can include utilities and processes serving the plant.

WEST personnel have experience in monitoring the repair, renovation and construction of buildings up to $100 million. A construction, renovation or repair cost projection can be offered. WEST can provide on site owner's representative on a full time or periodic basis depending on the owner's requirements.
WEST, working with the owner or owner's representative multi year repair and or construction programs can be developed.

As Forensic investigators WEST can assist in many areas in determining the base cause of defects and construction failures.  In support of deep water service and investigation efforts WEST can provide a certified diver to work with investigators.

In support of owners and lenders, WEST can provide a plan review for planned construction or building modification.  WEST can also provide periodic review of work in progress to confirm that the construction meets the contract documents including plans and specifications. Adjunct to this service WEST will review requests for progress payment and evaluate the request for funds in respect to the actual project progress.

WEST will work with owners providing support for work in RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL settings.

Typical client include homeowners, attorneys, lenders, commercial property owners and developers and plant managers and engineers.
