Blaine has a varied background in building trades and construction inspection. He is a nationally known lecturer on building subjects including proper stucco applications and practical heating, ventilating and air-conditioning applications. Blaine has been host of his own weekly call-in radio show centered on home construction difficulties and offered real time expertise to questions.

SELECTED EXPERIENCE
Conducts forensic structural inspections for various clients. Consultation projects have included work with non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity, World Vision, Children’s United Recovery Effort Hospitals and Evangelical Child and Family Service Conducted forensic and training activities and operations in various countries including Philippines, Uganda, , Haiti, Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
Blaine is a Senior Inspector for residential and commercial facilities and has completes over 12,000 inspections for deficiencies and safety. As senior inspector Blaine is responsible for training new and in-service inspectors. As a certified expert witness in the Pennsylvania counties of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia he has appeared a number of times as technical consultant in litigation venues. Because of his experience, the national organization American Society of Home Inspectors [ASHI] has listed him as a registered mentor Since 2004 Blaine has consulted on energy efficiency projects in residential and commercial facilities, forensic examinations of basic structural issues and external surface features [stucco] and facades with associated reports. Blaine has been a licensed General Contractor in several communities.
